This was a fun one!

When the speakers say that, “there needs to be a conveyor belt of leaders making leaders”, of course I’m going to draw an actual conveyor belt spitting out tiny little leaders.

Because really that’s the point of live illustration. Creating engaging visuals that help trigger the brain to remember the main point instead of hoping and praying that the audience read the bullet point summary or go back through the presentation slide decks (because let’s be real no one does that!).
